I am beyond frustrated!!!

We applied for the PMB with Discovery for my sons Physiotherapy, after a month long wait "which is supposed to take 7 working days " it was finally approved for 30 sessions per year, however 1 of their conditions on the PMB was that it had to be 1 of their network providers, I then called Discovery to confirm that the current therapist that we are using is a qualified NDT pediatric Physio Therapist, she is not on their network, but charges their rates and is the only NDT on the East Rand "can we make use of her and will this affect the claims", the Discovery consultant advised it was fine for us to make use of her as she is charging their rate and it would not affect the claims, I have submitted the claims to the value of just over R4000 and after 14 working days "which once again is supposed to be 3 days turnaround time" and Nemours phone calls to Discovery and having to repeat the same story over and over again, I get a voice mail from a Shireen Naidoo to tell me the claims have been rejected because it is not 1 of their network providers!! unacceptable!!! That is why I called in to check first 2 check if it would be fine to make use of this therapist!!!
