Medical Aid Blacklist without notice

Keyhealth send me during the year a statement that I own them an amount of R991, 90 although I left the scheme 1 January 2013. After contacting them they told me that it was an outstanding amount for a savings account that was used in 2010. In 2011 and 2012 I was a member but it was never claim from me. After complaining I was told that it was sorted out but this morning It came to my attention that I was blacklisted by them for the amount. I again contact them but was immediately told that they cannot help me with the complain.
