Cheap Schemes to move me into being a paid membe

When you look at the devious ways that Discovery has gone about cancelling membership it must reek of a cheap and devisive way that they are using to move people from a lifetime membership scheme to a monthly paying member.

Their practices have changed from making sure that you have attended a minimum quota of visits, to hiding behind the disclaimer saying that it is up to the member to track his/her visits and that waiting from a notification from them is not a right just makes them believe that it absolves them from every responsibility in this matter.

I was informed of termination of membership without prior warning and yet my wife has been consistently reminded of her visits. My concern here is there is no consistency and secondly why send a reminder if it was up to the member to manage his/her visit. On this backdrop I am taking the matter to Ombudsman, cancelling my policies all because my membership was terminated unfairly. I all suggest that all aggrieved should follow suit and put this arrogance to rest.
