Owe me R3200 since June

I applied for VISAs for my son and I and paid immediately. a few days later I cancelled as we no longer needed the visas. This was well within the appointment date. I have emailed Farei Kaneta repeatedly since June to get my refund, every time I supply info she mails me to say she is missing info, meanwhile they have everything required to refund my money, even a mail from my Standard Bank personal bankers confirming my payment. This company is incompetent. No one answers the phone, they don't respond to emails and worst of all they have my money and wont return it. Stay away from using them if you can!!!
