Another hour at the pharmacist - 4 months in a row

After publishing my complaint 3 weeks ago I was told that all is now sorted after I got a new script (for the 4th time) which requires 45 tablets instead of 60 or 90. Yesterday I went to Dischem and found that my med is still blocked on the system, although I was told that it shouldn't be anymore. So the system only recognizes the NUMBER of tablets, not the quantity of the substance. The drug comes in 10 and 20 mg, so I needed a combination and got too many tablets for the first couple of months and now the system is confused.

The pharmacist called discovery and spoke to a lady who obviously had NO CLUE what this was all about and didn't understand what the pharmacist wanted, so she put her on hold. After HOLDING FOR ALMOST HALF HOUR the pharmacist gave up and called again. This time another consultant answered who DID speak English and was very helpful but - surprise - he could not lift the block, so I had to pay cash.

I need 30 mg as prescribed. HOW I get them is not my problem. Its not even a difficult problem. Yet here we are, 4 months later. All you are worried about is clearing your name on Hello Peter. Well, show me that you actually care and sort this out. Thank you!
