NOTICE OF HANDOVER???

Lancet Labs you are terrible, NO EMAIL, NO PHONE CALL, NO SMS but now you are handing us over for an account that we have never received or even seen - seems to be a trend if I look at all the other complaints on HelloPeter.
INCOMPETENT seems too a nice thing to say for how you operate - lets see how long you take to brush another client off by not contacting them.
Ampath will get my business in the future - they are super efficient and have only 16% of the complaints you do.
