3 Months with Discovery and already unhappy

I joined the medical aid this year in august and unfortunately i got sick and my savings got finished. i called to confim if i had the 2 free doctors visits and they said yes i can still see the doctor and no one explained to me that any other tests i pay from my pocket now i owe R1, 500 and i asked them to explain and even listen to the call and this was almost 2 weeks ago till today i havent heard anything from them. They said they will listen to my call and till today nothing and funny when i still call no one still explains how the plan works im very disappointed as i am new and expected better service and explanations of how the plan works, ...
