Terrible service

Hi there

i logged a complaint with gregs beds with regards to a bed that i bought, Nicholas from Henwood bedding advised that he would come out and have a look at it .when i got back home i realised it was still making a noise so i called him to come back and sort it out. Till today its still not sorted out? He has never bothered to get back to me. Theres better guys out there that will take your job! you guys need to sort this out
