Liberty Medical Scheme
No response received

I logged a call on LibMed's website Dec 2012 to be contacted as I was interested in their medical aid, only received a callback in Feb 2013, as the broker were on leave, bla di bla bla!
This year I thought I would be early as I would like perhaps change my medical aid. I have now logged a call on the website again /- 1 month ago and no one has contacted me?
Does such a medical aid actually exist? They do extensive radio advertising but the service is so poor that I am no longer interested in them
