Lousy and unhelpful attitude

I am writing this on behalf of my wife's bad experience at this pharmacy. My wife was looking for some eye drops and asked the opinion of one of the lady staff there to assist her. With a very unhelpful and bad attitude she told my wife to go and speak to one of the male assistants as she was busy. My wife also had another question which was more intimate which she didn't want to discuss with the male assistant and tried speaking to another lady working there which was also reluctant to help her. After the bad attitudes of the general staff there she decided to leave as she was not getting the assistance she required. I would just like to mention my disgust when a health institute which is suppose to help and assist sick people have such an unhelpful and bad attitude towards their clients, and I will most definitely not leave it at that.
