Distgusting service from netcare 911

Netcare 911 keeps sending debt collectors to me for amount that they say i verbally agreed to yet the paramedics on scene did not explain anything or the fact its a pvt service and i will receive a hefty bill later. Deon Nothnagel and i communicated via email yet on the July 22 2013 10:57 i sent Deon an email asking him to elaborate, i quote from an email received from Deon " I am unable to supply you with any signed documentation as our information is supplied from the road in an electronic form. Yet, the fact that you accepted the service and was transported is your agreement" yet on scene there was no mention of acceptance or agreement. I have not received a reply to date yet - 4 months today i had a debt collector contact me and threaten to black list me if i don't pay today. This is un acceptable service from netcare 911 and Deon Nothnagel i am appalled by this kind of treatment. On scene more than 1 family member was present with transport and were taking me to the hospital yet the paramedics insisted i go with the ambulance.
