AS WE ALL KNOW OR SHOULD KNOW WHEN YOU NEED TO CLAIM MONEY BACK FROM YOUR MEDICAL AID YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT. MY BOYFRIEND WENT TO SEE THE MEDICLINIC CASUALTY ON THE 28TH OF SEPTEMBER 2013. HE WAS TOLD TO PAY UPFRONT WHICH HE DID. WE NOW NEED A BILL TO SUBMIT TO MEDICAL AID. I HAVE PHONED AT LEAST 3 TIMES. EACH TIME THE LADY WHOM IS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL SAYS SHE WILL DO IT THE SAME DAY BUT YET I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING!!! PLEASE PLEASE CAN WE JUST HAVE THE FREAKING ACCOUNT!!
