PATHETIC SERVICE

I have phoned in about 5 times, with empty promises being made of calls that will be returned.
I want to activate my gym membership, and they keep on telling me a system message makes it impossiblel for them to activate same. This is useless coming from the supposed great medical aid. I am livid that this is not sorted, and I still await the promised call by the advisor.
