Kudos to Arthur Thorne's Lenses Only, an online contact lenses supplier. I use them frequently, but the efficiency and ease of service never fails to amaze me. I placed my order on Wednesday (yesterday) afternoon, paid by EFT and received my parcel early Thursday morning in Pretoria City centre. In total, less than 24 hours later! During every step of this very short process, I received emails regularly, keeping me updated as to the confirmation of order, payment received, tracking numbers etc. I shop online regularly at other sites, but this is easily the most user-friendly (and I'm Born-Before-Technology, as my 11-year-old tells me, so especially easy for me!!!) site I've used, and definitely the most focused on service excellence.
