BAD ATTITUDES AND FILTHY DIRTY FACILITIES

This is my second visit to the hospital for an operation since last year, each and every time, we are admitted to the 374 ORANGE BLOCK, the staff are so, so, so, so rude, and they mistreat patients all the time, they check up on people, perhaps every 5 hours or so? all they do is sit and talk, and when they do talk they shout at each other. The floor is riddled in cockroaches, and dirty blood and vomit. last year when i was at the hospital i had my belongings, and i was left to basically fend for myself, no one offers you any water, we get one meal a day and when we are allocated our tea, they staff take the tea and sit and drink it??? WHAT kinds of ''PEOPLE'' are actually representing the health care industry>? unfortunately none of them wear name badges, 'HOW convenient' so i am unable to tell you, who is who, however this is my second visit and its the second time i have experienced abusive staff and appalling facilities
