Claim for payment of an Xray

On the 12 August 2013 my wife went to Margate Hospital Casualty and was sent for Xrays, which was done after hours and I had to pay R300.
After submitting the receipt and statement to the claims department on five different dates via email, the last being 7th October and also spoke to Doreen on Friday 4th October, we have as yet not had any feedback if they will refund any of the money or not.
