Not willing to assist!!

I received an unpaid doctor's account and mailed Medihelp with the info. After 5 days no one came back to me as yet!

After phoning the call centre, the agent (Amanda) tells me she can't help me since i am not the head of the policy and i need to verify my wife's ID or need the resend the mail AGAIN if i want assistance!

I wish they can get all the agents up to scratch since this is the 5th query i made in 2 months and the 1st time that this has happened, very unprofessional service!!
