I stayed in one of Marvin Royston and OurHouse888's houses in observatory. In total we were 25 classmates renting from Marvin.

Throughout the 3 month rental period Marvin constantly harassed us, threatened with eviction and was verbally abusive.

Now, 3 months after we vacated we have still not received our deposits.
We have all filed complaints with the Rental Housing Tribunal in Western Cape.

Please avoid this agent at all costs.
