Yes so you have contacted me to let me know that your call centre agent didn't know i was talking about my situation, but i just remembered, i surely did tell her that i was in hospital, i work in a call centre, probing is one of the most important things to do, but to generalise a situation? seriously. then it was a matter of me not authorising a hospital admission due to the 72 hours that have elapsed, funny, because your own consultant didn't mention that, the first 1 that is. i am so off with you its not even funny, am proud to be leaving your company.
