Small food, BIG PRICE

I have just given up on all restaurants to do with the Zingara group of restaurants.

I love the decor and the atmosphere at these restaurants but I am exceptionally tired of going to one of their restaurants and paying upwards of R120.00 for a main course, upwards of R60 for a starter and then STILL having to go to McDonalds on the way home just so that I don't go to bed with an empty pit in my stomach.

Let me tell you some fallacy's about the Zingara restaurant group;
- Small amounts of food does not mean good food
- People don't like to pay ridiculous prices for food and still feel hungry afterwards, I don't mind paying the price but I expect goods that are worth it thereafter
- There comes a point where you have to draw a line between "Presentation" and value for money and I can tell you for free that you are on the wrong side of that line.

I have been to Bombay Bicycle Club, Cafe Paradiso, Cafe Mozart and Theatre of dreams and in each instance the quality and amount of food have vastly underwhelmed me particularly with the prices I was forced to pay.

The result is that I am unlikely to ever go back to your restaurants and will actively recommend my friends do likewise.
