Worst service

On arrival, we had no working stove or microwave. There were not enough cutlery, which we had to buy ourselves. On wanting to bath our baby, there were no hot water, as the other tenants used up the warm water. (We did not know that we had to share our geyser with other people, it being 6 others). This is a disgrace. I would rather stay home than be tricked into a holiday like this. You to us. I want an apology, and want to know that no other person is to again.
