Health & Medicine

I ended up in hospital three months ago (6 June) and was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I did numerous amounts of test, including a lumbar punch and an MRI scan. 3 weeks (10 July) after being discharged I ended up in hospital again with my second relapse. Once again an MRI scan was done and the results confirmed that the scars on my brain has been increasing. My neurologist took action and applied for chronic medication. Without getting any medication I might end up losing my eyesight, being paralyzed or even worse leaving my love ones behind much sooner. A complete application was sent through to the chronic app department on the 1st of August and was told a signature was missing. Forms with the signature was sent and had to wait three working days. The waiting period and submitting of allegedly outstanding documents continued for another 3 weeks. My condition is much worse now. The going back and forth has been putting my body into stress. It is not that I choose to have this disease because I want Discovery to pay out. All I want is to be treated for my condition. I want my life back and right now I am not even sure if I will wake up to see tomorrow.
