Life depending insulen not delivered

My wifes insulen, on wich she depend was delivered to the wrong person.now, medipost claim that they deliver it straight at your doorstep.how is it possible that it is allowed that someone else can sign for that kind of medication? my wifes imsulen is nearly finished, and now this, the medication was supposed to be delivered to 40 grey street aliwal north.instead it was delivered to a guy named cuthbert, i know this because he phone me and notify me that he has this parcel in his possesion.furthermore, when the insulen rises to room tempreture it must be used within a certain time or it is useles.is this how medipost play with peoples lifes?
