Really disappointed with both hotel and spa services. Celebrating my husbands birthday and chose this hotel and spa with expecting nothing but world class service. Thandeka at the spa has no record of my payment made 3 weeks ago. Quite embarrassing to say the least! In front of a host of waiting clients. Especially since I called twice to confirm well before the date! Then my hotel card doesnt work and I get nothing but bad attitude from the reception operator. Really really disappointed!!!
