On Saturday 17/08/2013 I was at your restuarant. I ordered a Millonaires Mojito for a friend who was to be joining me. She arrived & up to 20 mins after she arrived, her drink had still not been handed to her. I then asked our waiter what was taking so long and he said he's waiting for the bar to fininsh making it. So I went straight to the bar to request it myself. When I got to the bar, what appeared to be the drink was sitting on the counter. When I told the bar man (Steven) that I was waiting for a Millionares Mojito he said "well there it is, take it". I turn aroung & left him and the drink at the bar. After all I am not the waiter. A I walked away the 2 bar men simply laughed at me. When I told my waiter what had happened he went to Steven and told him I was unhappy with what he had done, the waiter then reported back to me that Steven had told him to off. The drink was eventually served but not in the correct glass (Mojito glass), but rather in a tumbler.

On the other hand, the ladies toilets on this night were absolutely horrifying. Dirty & stinky! I was your customer BUT I'm the customer who wont be coming back. That's my defence against being pushed around.
