Terrible service

On Monday, 12 August 2013, I rushed my wife to the casualty section of the Sunninghill Hospital. She had been complaining of severe abdominal pain to such an extent, rendering her immobile. I reached the hospital at approximately 22h05.We wheelchaired her in. The 8 or so staff members in nurses uniform just stood there without offering any type of assistance, and at one point seemed to enjoy a chuckle at our expense. The nurse who was assessing my wife seemed nonchalant and at worst incompetent. I stated that my wife had rheumatoid arthritis and was allergic to buscopan and buspar. At each point, she made me spell each allergen and repeat it. She asked what medication my wife was on, and again I had to spell each item, as if she was deliberately slowing me down. We then proceeded to a cubicle, and I then noticed that it seemed as if we had disturbed their tea caucus. We waited and waited, and after about thirty minutes, I told my wife that it doesn't seem as if we were going to be attended there. We left at approximately 22h45. I told the gentleman behind the counter that we were proceeding to another hospital. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviour from a hospital
