After paying and booking for the wine team experience, and ending up travelling from destination to destination in a Toyota Taxibus, then having to walk between destinations, as there was no space on the transport provided, then walking again from the main road to the destination, 1km away in the afternoon sun, this tour is an absolute joke. I phoned to complain while walking the first time, only to have the phone put down on me. I am shocked and disgusted that there is no control of people on the tour and allowing them to treat other so badly. It seems to me that the company doesn't care about it's clients at all. If I wanted to walk through the Franschoek valley, I would have parked my car and walked, not paid for a tour that doesn't deliver on their service. Clearly they are more interested in booking more people than they could accommodate than the well being of their individual clients.
