Non payment of medical aid submition

I recently became a Momentum health customer.
They incorrectly captured my account details and so my first claim was paid into the wrong account. This is now my problem because they "have" to wait for the refund from the other recipient before they will pay this to me. Why is this my problem? If it were the other way around they would have no problems suspending my account.
Also I have now been waiting 5 weeks for them to assist me in accessing my account on-line. Their registration process does not work with passport numbers - I am a non-resident. Since day one with Momentum I have had a very bad experience. I have had feedback only via Twitter contact (their website telephone support line was never answered and the 3 voice messages I left never returned, I also had email contact which was never satisfactorily answered.) they still are unable to assist with the on-line account access.
