I PLANNED A SURPRISE PERFECT DATE FOR MY HUSBAND BUT IT TURNED INTO A NIGHTMARE... RESERVATION 2771622..WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ANY OF THE STAFF WHEN WE ARRIVED, NOBODY ASSISTED US WITH OUR BAGS, NO SMILE WHEN WE WERE GETTING CHECKED IN... REX DID NOT EVEN GIVE US EYE CONTACT... IT FELT LIKE BECAUSE WE WERE LOCAL PEOPLE WE DID NOT BELONG THERE! WE HAD TO GET OUT OF OUR COMFORT AND GO HOME TO GET PROOF OF PAYMENT THAT WAS MADE ON THE 25TH ALREADY AND WAS CONFIRMED BY THE GENTLEMAN IN RESERVATIONS..I AM VERY DISGUSTED IN THE SERVICE OF A 5 STAR HOTEL, IT MAD US FEEL LIKE DID NOT HAVE MONEY AND WE DID NOT BELONG THERE. YES YOU'LL DID WAIVER OUR DRINKS WHICH WAS ONLY R138.00, I COULD HAVE PAID FOR THAT MYSELF, IT DID NOT MEAN I WAS HAPPY ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE.
