Discovery useless as always

I am currently in New Zealand since Jan this year and have terminated my membership accordingly. I need to do my tax return and have requested Discovery for a tax certificate giving them details known only to me and them and they refused to send me the tax return cause I have not send it from the email address I used while in South Africa from my previous employer.

REALLY!!!

Can't a law abiding citizen wanting to pay his dues get a tax certificate???
