Discrimination due to pregnancy culture

Called discovery this morning as I was advised my gym contract was cancelled due to the visits not met. The consultant gave me a reference nr as there was no manager available and he couldnt assist me. I had to call back 3 hours later as no manager called me and i was put thru to an extremely rude person by-Lebo Masilo. She insulted me so much and said yes pregnancy is a planned event and i should be able to make up my visits. How so because I was trying to pass on the message that i will be having a C-Section and anyone would know you cant do any physical activity for 6weeks. She then told me unfortunetly then i will not qualify for the benefit. I feel like its very discriminating to me as a woman and my culture doesnt allow us women to leave the house for the first 3 months unless if we are taking the new born to the hospital. She was so insensitive and insinuating that yes maybe my Enlish is bad. When i then demanded to speak to the manager as i felt disrespected as a loyal client she told me she is the manager and there is none above her. I'm starting to worry who i will be able to count on should there be a life/death situation - if my medical aid is not there for me who will be??
