MAKING THIS A STRESSFUL PREGNANCY

Im 7months pregnant &will be delivering my baby at Mulbarton Hospital. When I went in to book my bed (which I had to take off from work to do) the nurse was serving 4 different people at once &did not provide enough information with how I should go about making payment. She just said that I would get a phone call to make payment in about 3days. It's been about a month &no call. I tried calling numerous times to book my 4D scan with Ana Frawley, after 2days someone finally did my booking but also did not provide me with enough info on what I might need to bring with me. I tried calling Ana again from last week Tuesday &kept getting transferred to lines that just ring, I've left messages &was promised a call back a few times but never heard anything from Ana. I know that the info supplied for booking my bed must be updated as I advised the nurse that I didn't have my auth-number with me, etc &she said I would be called for that info. I need to speak to someone about my 4D scan but there never is anyone who can help. Have I made a mistake with selecting this hospital to birth my baby? Seems like no one is interested in assisting clients who pay a lot of money to be at Mulbarton Netcare
