Poor service

I have sent in my papers to register as a Qualified Basic pharmacist assistant on the 4th June 2013.Acording SAPC this only take 14-21 days to be prosessed, printed and sent off. I have been waiting almost 5 weeks for my certificate and still they only tell me their busy with it and will sent a request to speed up the prosses (which they tell me every day).
I really think this is pathetic and very bad service!!!
