Wrong pricing - bad service - no feedback

I bought some cold drinks and chips, pricing on the shelf not even close to what I had to pay and apparently I'm not the first to complain. I left my business card for the owner or manager to call me back. No reply, I'm still waiting for the call. No apology or refund was made. Pathetic service. The manager or owner (Elmien Botha) needs to sort out this bad service or learn how business works.
