Unilateral decisions is risking life of dependent!

Firstly, discovery lets my know that it will no longer be possible to get my partner's HIV medication from the pharmacy where he collected it for about 2 years, but is has to be delivered by their MediExpress facility. We are still in the process of trying to sort out the when and where's, when they call to say that the prescribed treatment from my doctor is going to be replaced by a generic.
These pills may not be skipped, not even one day. A generic is not what our doctor prescribed and definitely not what I signed up for at discovery. This is not some flu pill that makes no difference if you take it or not; this has very real implications if not delivered/ accessed or taken. I am shocked! So far nothing has been delivered and had to be bought out of own pocket. This medical aid obviously do not have the best interest of their clients at heart and it would be good for anyone to remember that. Every year the benefits gets less and the payments more!
On top of that, he is almost at the point of being blacklisted for tests that they were supposed to pay for a long time ago and never did. I have given up in sorting this out and will just have to pay it out of my own pocket.
