The Customer Care service at Momentum leaves a huge room for improvement, in 6th June 2013, I was diagnosed with a eye disorder and booked for surgery its taken 3 weeks of calling daily for authorisations, I was in the end chasing the doctors for medical history forms when in fact it is their service that we are paying for??? Come on Momentum? when have you heard of a patient/client who is paying a large sum monthly toward a premium where the client has to do all the follow ups? Maybe you should train your agents to followup and get back to the client? Anyway after waiting and following up for 3 weeks they tell me my request has been declined, not even to go into detail and tell me why? It leaves me researching for answers which I have and will APPEAL to the medical Ombudsman if need be.
