How not to act when dealing with Customers!!!

I have been going to Medicross for approximately 9 years! (Hans Reinhard Pettenburger) Yesterday we visited the practise with my son Amergin. This is what happened: Our son suddenly developed a massive Temperature at home of 39.8 Degrees which we medicated immediately. However at the same time he developed a rash all over his face and body suspecting it could be serious (meningitis) we rushed over to Medicross to have this ruled out. My wife Breda then explained the situation as most normal parents would; that we are rather concerned that our son may have meningitis to which Somaya the receptionist simply walked away and carried on with her filing as if we did not exist!!! We then had no choice but to walk straight through to the nurses station as no one was there to help. We eventually got to see a doctor 35 minutes later. Thank it was not Meningitis but a bad Viral and bacterial infection. However stating that we still had a rough night with my boy spiking temperatures of 40.8 Degrees at 2 am which thankfully have now come down! I would like to see some sort of disciplinary action taken against this Somaya and will happily appear in person at any disciplinary hearing.
