Southern Sun
A cut above the rest!

My colleague and I were booked in at the Southern Sun Hotel (Cape Sun) from the 18th until the 25th of June 2013. We travel a lot and have stayed in different Hotels around SA. We were impressed by the consistently high levels of service received from all the staff and management at the hotel. The staff were always courteous and greeted us with smiling faces. It is evident the staff are very well trained and everyone from the porters to the cleaning staff went out of their way, to make us feel special and well taken-care off.

The porters are intuitive, and approachable, there was this particular guy at the valet service parking Angelo he really went out of his way to make us feel welcome, providing us with directions to places we can go and things we can do around Cape Town. The food is divine, fresh and the breakfast buffet is out of this world a wide variety to choose from. The Southern Sun Cape Hotel is really a cut above the rest, keep up the good work!
