Absolutely Fabulous Service

We went to Askari Lodge Sunday 23 June 2013 to celebrate a belated Father's Day and a Birthday. The reservation call I made was handled quick and friendly, the directions we received were spot on. On arrival, we were welcomed with friendly smiles and true hospitality as they ushered us to the restaurant. As my younger brother is wheelchair-bound. We usually have problems with steps at entrances, seating, toilets etc. Entering Askari Restaurant and Museum for a disabled person, is a breeze. There are paved walkways everywhere and hardly any steps to speak of. Thank you so much! There are one or two steps to the accommodation (but we did not stay over). Then, the restaurant manager, ma? tre d, our waiter, the chefs, the starters, mains, desert, the efficiency, the clearing of tables, quick drinks orders served, the hospitable atmosphere... the entire experience was an absolute pleasure! I highly recommend Askari Lodge Sunday Buffet lunch to any and everyone. We had an awesome day, thanks to fantastic service. Well-done Askari Staff, you know what the true meaning of Service Excellence is! Thank you very much!!!
