POOR LEVELS OF SERVICE

I would just like to highlight the plight of renal patients at NRC St AUGUSTINES Hospital-This is a private institution at which there is a shortage of pillows, footrests, and machines that are often "faulty"! Despite this the fees are charged in full and medical aids must pay in full to ensure that patients receive treatment. I am really fed up and despite my mums protests, I just had to complain.
