Very, very, very Good service

When you call the Bonitas call centre almost all the Consultant will tell you this "we are off-line call again in 30 minutes" but this one guy Fortune doesn't allow systems to stop him from providing us with good services. He will tell you about the system but ask you to provide details and see if he can't try to assist you. Bonitas have a super consultant, he is the best and it's not the first time I am getting good service from him he has assisted me a lot in the past sometimes I call Bonitas 7 time just to get through to him as he provides very good service. When I get a "NO" from Fortune I accept it as I know he always goes an extra mile for me. Fortune I hope Bonitas acknowledges the fact that you are the best employee, keep on WOWing us
