NO FEEDBACK ON AUTHORISATIONS

I emailed Discovery on four days ago to get feedback with regards to my daughter's authorisation on her PMB medication she urgently but the person responsible did not even bother replying to me. This is not urgent for them but it is definitely life-threatening for my daughter. Her Specialist sent the request through already with all the details required.
