Date changed withpout notice

I have six months now trying to be a member of Virgin Active, Germiston but there has been a lot of hassles, both from the gym and my Medical Aid. Recently, they changed the agreed date from 1/06/2013 to 1/07/2013 without notifying me. This has led to me having to explain myself every-time I use the gym. It's been a SEMESTER!!! INITIATION FEE PAID EARLY IN THE YEAR...
