Given the runaround by discovery! again!

I have been transferred from call centre to call centre, been fed false conflicting stories ofwhat happens or will happen with my claim, all I want is an answer from someone adequately equipped to deal with customer queries..by the amount of complaints on this site, it clearly shows the problem is much bigger than I thought. So let's see who from discovery contacts me, and what version of the story they have.
