DISGUSTING!

I have just experienced one of the worst meals of my life at your Greenside branch. Aside from a clueless waitress, useless bar staff, an AWOL manager and an hour long wait - the food was inedible!

I never complain - as I can normally find redeeming qualities in a bad meal, but this was unfortunately so completely horrific that I find myself here. Complaining. So here is how this lunch went.

We ordered 2 rock shandies. Not rocket science for an establishment with a fully stucked bar. One of us had to get up from the table and go behind the bar to make them. We're now roughly into 30 minutes of this lunch saga.

The burgers: A cheap, boxed, 1cm, tough, dry burger patty was placed in a pita bread with diced peppers to accompany it. No tomato, no lettuce, no humus - basically nothing that is outlined on the menu (or in a normal burger for that matter).

The flat bread sandwich: Looked better - but my colleague had to get back to the office to rinse her mouth of the awful taste.

The greatest part of the whole experience was when the waitress didn't know how to use the card machine and still asked for a tip.

Horrific to the point that there is no second chance on this one.
