A fish rots from the HEAD

On 18/12/12 I placed a complaint here, and managed to get hold of Mr. Mark Arnold's PA, after many phione calls and one of the biggest struggles of my life.

I received the following SMS from Dumaine on 19/12/12 : "Mr XXXX, Mark Arnold will return your phone call tomorrow, before end of business"

Mr Arnold I personally pay you R 7, 500 per month, and my company substantially more. You have a job because of people like me. I am not your fool.

I have been with NIMAS since 1991 and in all that time NEVER telehoned them. Since they sold to RH, I have to make a call every single claim. I discussed this issue in one of my management meetings and said that my Pharmasist says that no medical aid in SA comes close to the bad service of RH. Every one of my managers round the board room table confirmed similar conversations with the pharmacies that they deal with.
