Sarcasm from staff with rediculous excuses

My daughter was sick and I needed to take her to the Paediatrician. I phoned Moto Health and asked them what Paediatricians they cover, they gave me a list of names. They then informed me that I need a reference letter from the house Doctor. I got the letter and made a appointment. The lady at accounts at the Paediatricians office informed me there is nothing I need to pay as the Medical aid will cover. I received a mail from them confirming that the Medical aid doesn't cover the account.
I phoned the Medical aid to confirm where I can send and query on non payment of my claim and can you believe they have no e-mail or fax options. It can only be sent by registered post. I mean this is 2013!!! I also asked the lady why they didn't inform me that I need a authorisation number the first time I phoned and she told me that I can't expect them to tell me everything. Her tone was very unprofessional and sarcastic. Not much appreciated! She told me that I was on the medical aid since 2011 and that all information needed is sent once a year per post and that I must read the document.
I had really bad service and didn't appreciate the manner that it was dealt with!
