Termination of Medical

I lodged a complaint as I was told that a bump on a finger was a pre existing condition after the complaint went in I was phoned to be informed that our medical has been terminated as we have not paid and that we did not disclose a pre existing condition. Even after a valid explination we were treated like and artistst. If you are planning to go onto a medical scheme I suggest that you DO NOT choose Medihelp, as a bump or bruise will be considered a pre exsisting condition. They are not helpful and are not considerate to there clients as they pretend. I will be taking this to a higher level this forum on hello peter is just a small step to warn others before making a decision on your health options. My relationship with other medical services have beenup and down but at least they are willing to listen (Discovery thumbs up) do not opt for the cheap that is exactly what you will get. Last word from me DO NOT consider medihelp. No response required from medi help is required we are done
