Quick to take your money but try to get a refund

I buy my babies milk at mkem on a regular basis and drive from Parow to Bellville to do this as no other pharmacy has Pre Nan. My baby girl 3 months old didn't agree to the new formula and I didn't keep the slip but the new formula was replaced by Nestle. On my next visit to mkem I asked Olivia a supervisor BTW " if I could get a refund on the Nan milk I bought a week or 2 prior? " She said her manager would have to give a final answer and I waited 15 minutes for this outcome that was positive. So the following day I arrive with the milk but only to my surprise they changed their mind and needed the slip - Pethetic. Since the night manager didn't want to agree to the refund I decided to let them keep the milk and get richer. When I got home I was furious and decided to write them a letter. Anna got back to me and said I can collect my refund. At the store for the 3rd time the cashier processing the refund decides to call another manager and they say no refund can be done. pathetic 2. I then said speak to Anna while I do my shopping when I got back the cashier had the refund but she n her little army was totally rude saying keep ur slip as I exited.
