UNPAID BILLS

Hi,

Please be advised that i have been a member of the scheme for 4years and i have never been hospitalised in those year and last year Dec i had a car accident and the Sceme made me so frustrated and embarrased, I need my hospital account and Dr's accounts to be paid ASAP, i was dealing with Faiza Kay and she emailed my documents Elsa Janse Van Rensburg and none of them got back to me or resolved the issue, i have phoned today and i spoke to Nozuko Mbathanga (receptionist) who told me that none of those people are in, including Glynis King. Samwumed is very unprofessional i want bills paid as they are taking my money each and every month without any problems. If i have to take things further I will as this is unceptable.
